easy pickups tasty food

the manager arranged a tuktuk each day for me. drivers gave me their numbers, so i arranged for easy pickups. food was very tasty, especially margaritas.

the air conditioner was not working in my room.

tuk-tuk service helpful staff slow shower musty room

i appreciated the provided tuk-tuk service. the driver was friendly and showed me interesting spots near the waterfalls. the hotel staff were also helpful and polite.

The room's shower drained slowly. i noticed some slight mustiness in the room. The air conditioning unit was not fully effective.

vegan options restaurant view tuk tuk service exquisite garden

i found the staff accommodating to my dietary needs providing delicious vegan options the restaurant setting had very nice views enhancing each meal i found the tuk tuk service very convenient especially for trips into the town i was also impressed with how well the gardens were kept showcasing pride and care

the hotel's distance from the town center required reliance on tuk-tuks which added extra travel time

The hotel boasts a fine location. The grounds are meticulously maintained. Staff members are wonderful, particularly Thilina who offered excellent recommendations. I found the hotel's tuk-tuk service convenient, especially with Asfaak's direct contact for easier transportation into town.

The rooms show some wear and could use updating, especially the curtains that presented mold issues.

The room was spacious, a family room, offering great views of the mountains. The infinity pool provided amazing scenery. breakfast was excellent, a standout feature, and the staff members were lovely and very friendly. i especially appreciated the tranquility away from the town center.
